SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. SHIPPING (WITHIN NORWAY)
We offer a flat shipping rate of 49 NOK, and free shipping on orders over 899 NOK – valid for deliveries within Norway.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days from Oslo. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If any items are damaged in transit, this must be reported directly to the pickup location on the same day you receive the package.
Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a fee of up to 500 NOK to cover return shipping and handling costs.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer a flat shipping rate of 229 NOK (approx. €20) for all international orders. All shipments are tracked and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Delivery time depends on destination, typically 5–10 business days.
Customers can also upgrade to Express International Shipping for 329 NOK, which includes priority handling and faster delivery — usually within 2–5 business days.
Free international shipping is automatically applied to all orders over 1500 NOK (approx. €130).
2B. DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local customs authorities upon delivery.
This also applies to any costs incurred during a return shipment — including return shipping, customs clearance fees, and any duties or taxes.
3. RETURNS
You are always entitled to a 14-day return period when shopping with us.
The return window begins on the day your order is delivered. Please keep the original packaging until you’ve decided to keep the item.

4. CLAIMS & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
